1 Why this page exists
Feet4Cash operates several adult-entertainment websites. Under the Online Safety Act 2023 (Part 5) we must ensure that children are not normally able to encounter pornographic content on these services. This statement summarises the age-assurance measures we use and how they meet Ofcom’s “highly-effective” standard.

3 How our age-check works
3.1 Step 1 – Selfie age estimation (browser-only)
The visitor’s camera takes a single image. A lightweight AI model running on the user’s device estimates age in ±2 years. No facial image leaves the browser at this stage.
3.2 Step 2 – ID or card check if under 25
If the estimated age is below our challenge age 25, the user can choose:
- ID Document + Face match – passport/ID is scanned, face is matched in real time.
- Credit-card token – a zero-value 3-D Secure authorisation proves the cardholder is 18 +.
3.3 Step 3 – Signed age-token
When verification succeeds, the browser stores a signed WebAuthn token
confirming “Adult confirmed (18 +)”.
This token auto-expires after 12 months or on logout and can be reused across all Feet4Cash sites.
4 Why this meets the “highly-effective” test
- Accuracy – Independent lab tests (ACCS 1:2020) show 95.4 % true-adult detection; mean absolute error ≈ 2 years.
- Robustness – Liveness checks block still-image spoofs; dual-method path prevents simple circumvention.
- Reliability – Monthly drift tests; model retrained quarterly; ISO-27001 EU data-centres.
- Fairness – Model trained on >5 public datasets, demographic error gap < 1 %.
- Accessibility – Works on mobile/desktop; alternative ID/card route; WCAG 2.2-AA compliant UI.
5 Privacy at a glance
- Selfie and ID images are deleted < 24 h after verification.
- No biometric templates are stored.
- Only a yes/no age token + non-identifying device hash is retained.
- Processing is governed by a UK/EU GDPR Article 28 contract with our vendor (GSI Développement SAS).
- Lawful basis: legal obligation (OSA 2023).
